Stir-fried Rice Cake with Green Vegetables and Pork

Prepare shredded pork.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch to the shredded pork, stir well, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces.

Peel and slice garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the garlic slices and saute.

Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it is cut off. Add the rice cake and stir-fry until soft, add the green vegetables and stir-fry evenly.
