Stir-fried Rice Cake with Olive Vegetables

Wash lentils and cut into small sections, cut rice cakes into sections, wash meat and cut into small pieces, mince garlic

Stir-fry the lentils in a frying pan,

After sautéing for a while, add salt, add water and cook until the lentils become soft, then you can start the pot and pour out the soup

Raise the frying pan and fry the rice cakes slightly, (preferably fry until slightly golden on both sides)

Put oil in the pot, add the meat and minced garlic, stir fry until fragrant

Put the lentil rice cake in the pot and stir-fry with the meat and minced garlic

Add light soy sauce and stir fry together, (if you think it is not salty enough, you can add a little salt, we eat lighter, no salt) Add a little hot water and cook for a while

When the soup is almost ready, add the olive vegetables and stir fry it.
