Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Tomato and Cabbage
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Start the pot, add water, boil it, and boil the rice noodles.
3.
Remove it and pour it into a basin of cold water and then drain it for later use.
4.
Cut the cabbage, tomato, celery, green onion, garlic, and set aside.
5.
Add lard in a wok and heat, add shallots and garlic until fragrant.
6.
Put the tomatoes in and stir fry.
7.
Add the minced meat and continue to stir fry.
8.
Stir-fry the tomato and minced meat until fragrant, then add celery and cabbage and stir-fry.
9.
Add the right amount of salt and chicken essence, (according to my taste) I added two spoons because I will add rice noodles later.
10.
When the cabbage is sautéed, pour the dried rice noodles and stir-fry until the rice noodles are soft and turn off the heat.
11.
Serve it on a plate, add some chili sauce or spicy dishes according to your taste.
12.
It's good to have a bowl once in a while!
Tips:
1. When frying, add a little more oil to avoid sticking to the pan.
2. Don't add water when stir-frying, because the tomato will produce juice when stir-fried. If adding more water, the rice noodles will not taste good.
