Stir-fried Rice White with Goose Gizzards and Chili Pepper

1. Ingredients: cooked goose gizzards (sliced), wild rice (peeled and washed), hot peppers (washed)

2. Put the cleaned water chestnuts and hot peppers on the cutting board and cut them.

3. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the good rice whites and hot peppers, stir fry until cooked.

4. Next, add in the cooked goose gizzards and stir fry.

5. Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

6. Add the right amount of salt.

7. Saute and stir well, serve.
