Stir-fried Salt and Pepper Pork Ribs

Wash the steak and cut into small pieces

Add the cooking wine, salt, and ginger slices, marinate for 30 minutes

Heat the oil in the pot until 60% hot, add the ribs

Fry until golden brown and remove, drain the oil and set aside

Tips:
1. The frying time for the steaks is not too long, otherwise the meat will be hard
2. The salt and pepper sprinkled before the pot can be replaced with black pepper or cumin powder, and you can change the taste
