Stir Fried Salted Pork

Preparation materials: green pepper, dried tofu, peeled pork belly

Shred the green peppers, and cut the beans into shreds after dry cleaning

Wash the peeled pork belly, cut into large and thin slices, cut the ginger into cubes, and put the ginger cubes into the slices

Prepare appropriate amount of tempeh, and cut garlic into slices

Heat the pot and pour in vegetable oil, and heat to 60% heat

Add tempeh and garlic slices and fry on low heat

Chuhou sauce is added to the meat slices

Add soy sauce and fry until the meat slices are colored

Add the green pepper shreds and dried bean curd shreds that have been cut into thin slices
Tips:
1. The heat should not be too high during frying, and the seasoning can only be added when the meat slices are fried until the oil is spit;
2. When there are no garlic sprouts as auxiliary materials, garlic moss, green onions, green peppers, ginger, celery, dried tofu can be used instead.
