Stir Fried Salted Pork

1. Preparation materials: green pepper, dried tofu, peeled pork belly

2. Shred the green peppers, and cut the beans into shreds after dry cleaning

3. Wash the peeled pork belly, cut into large and thin slices, cut the ginger into cubes, and put the ginger cubes into the slices

4. Prepare appropriate amount of tempeh, and cut garlic into slices

5. Heat the pot and pour in vegetable oil, and heat to 60% heat

6. Add the meat slices and stir fry until the meat slices

Tips:

1. The heat should not be too high during frying, and the seasoning can only be added when the meat slices are fried until the oil is spit;
2. When there are no garlic sprouts as auxiliary materials, garlic moss, green onions, green peppers, ginger, celery, dried tofu can be used instead.
