Stir-fried Sanding

Ingredients: peas, onions, carrots.

Boil water in a bowl, blanch the peas, remove the cold water and let cool.

Cut carrots into small cubes, blanch them and remove them to let cool.

After processing the diced carrots and peas, chop the green onion and dice the onion.

Tips:
1. Blanch the peas and carrots in advance to speed up the ripening time.
2. Because there are onions in the raw materials, there is no need to add too much seasoning.
3. Rapeseed oil is not resistant to high temperatures, so try cooking at low temperature.
