Stir-fried Sansi

Half a carrot, one potato peeled and washed.

Grate carrots and potatoes.
3.
Boil water in a pot, add carrots, potatoes, green peppers and blanch until they are broken.
4.
Heat the wok and add oil, pour the blanched water and drain the three shreds into the pan and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry slightly and pour in some salt.
6.
Pour in oyster sauce, stir-fry, turn off the heat and take out.
7.
Stir-fried three wires.
