Stir-fried Sausage with Chinese Kale

Sausage cooked and sliced

Slice garlic, cut small peppers into small strips for later use

Kale peeled, washed and sliced

Boil the kale in boiling water for 2 minutes to pick up, and set aside in cold water

Add oil to the wok, add garlic slices and chili, when the aroma is fragrant, pour in the sausage and fry until delicious

Then add the kale, stir fry evenly, add salt and cornstarch to thicken it, then it will be out of the pan and served on a plate.
