Stir-fried Sausage with Garlic Moss

Prepare ingredients: homemade sausage, fresh garlic moss, chopped green onion and ginger.

Cut the garlic moss into sections and slice the sausage.

Raise the pot and burn the oil.
4.
Stir-fry chives and minced ginger.
5.
Add the garlic moss and stir fry.
6.
Add the sausage and stir fry.
7.
Add table salt.
8.
Add light soy sauce.
9.
Add an appropriate amount of water (because my homemade sausage is raw, I need to add water and simmer for a few minutes).
10.
Simmer for a few minutes and turn off the heat.
