Stir-fried Sausage with Garlic Stalks

The fresh garlic sprouts are cleaned first, and then cut into sections, about two fingers long. You can also eat the bud-like part on the top of the garlic sprouts. If you like, stir fry together.

Clean the outside of the prepared garlic clove a little bit, then cut off the hard part at the bottom a little bit, and then flatten the whole garlic clove with the blade of a kitchen knife, so that the garlic skin can be easily removed.

The short sausages I use can be cut into thin slices with a sharper knife; rinse the sausages with a little water, then carefully cut them into thin slices, and set aside; if necessary, you can blanch them with boiling water and then fry them.

Pour the right amount of water into the wok of light luxury pie, and the water can cover the garlic sprouts. Bring to a boil. After the water boils, pour in the cut garlic sprouts.

Do not cook for a long time. If you see that the garlic sprouts are slightly discolored, use a colander to drain the water and set aside.

Pour out all the water from the boiled garlic sprouts in the non-stick wok, add to medium-high heat, add the treated garlic cloves, pour peanut oil, and saute the garlic cloves until fragrant with a silicone spatula.

Pour in the sausage slices and stir fry, stir fry with a silicone spatula until the color starts to change and ripen, adjust the time appropriately; the light luxury non-stick wok has no oily smoke and is anti-sticky, and cooking can be very simple.

Pour in the hot and boiled garlic sprouts, stir fry with a silicone spatula, adjust the time appropriately, try the taste before making it out of the pan, if you think the taste is right, you don't need to add additional salt or add a little salt.
Tips:
1. If you like spicy food, add some chili to your taste.
2. Salt, soy sauce, etc. are also used in the curing process of sausages. When seasoning, you can taste the fried dishes first and then see if you need to continue to add salt.
3. Be careful not to dry the non-stick wok, please use a wooden spatula or a silicone spatula.
