Served with congee and side dishes, my favorite is the sausage. Every year the baby has to dry up 30 kilograms. At first, I stocked it, and then fried it several times every week. Now that I can dry it again, I quickly wiped out the stock at home. Like today’s stir-fried sausage with green garlic, I steamed the sausage last night. I just need to stir-fry it when I get up in the morning. It’s simple and fast, and the kids love it.

Stir-fried Sausage with Green Garlic

1. Prepare a steamed sausage and a green garlic.

2. Add a little oil to the pot and change the cooked sausage to the pot.

3. Fry on low heat until the sausage tastes out, then add the green garlic that has been changed to the knife and stir-fry together until it tastes out.

4. Add a little soy sauce before serving to enhance the flavor.

Tips:

Sausage is a salty ingredient, so pay attention to the amount of salt or soy sauce, just a little bit of freshness.
