Stir-fried Scallops with Asparagus

Remove the old roots of the asparagus and wash, then cut diagonally into inch sections, blanch the fresh scallops with hot water, then peel the scallops, slice the carrots, smash the garlic, and chop;

Put a proper amount of water in the pot, put the asparagus in the pot for blanching after the water boils, and remove it for use after blanching;

Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the wok;

After the oil is hot, put the garlic in a pot and stir fry to get a garlic fragrance;

Put the scallop meat in the pan and stir fry a few times;

Put the carrots in the pot;

Stir fry for a while until the carrots become slightly softer;

Put the blanched asparagus in the pot;

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce according to your taste;

Stir the oyster sauce and ingredients well;
Tips:
1. Blanching fresh scallops with hot water makes it easier to peel off the scallop meat;
2. The dosage of various condiments should be adjusted according to your own taste.
