The previous unit had this dish every Friday, and it felt very delicious, so I tried it myself.

Stir-fried Scallops with Garlic Moss

1. Hot pot with cold oil to start

2. Slide the oil into the scallops to prevent the oil from splashing out. The scallops must be dried. Stir fry a few times. Add cooking wine.

3. Add the garlic moss and continue to fry, add salt. The flavor is extremely fresh.

4. Add a little water and heat until cooked.

Tips:

I like the taste of the ingredients, so I add less seasoning.
