Stir-fried Scallops with Leek

First, the scallops are naturally defrosted, the inedible parts are removed, and the leeks are removed from impurities and washed for later use.

Heat the pan and heat oil, add ginger slices in the oil, and stir fry the scallops.

Stir-fry until the scallops are reduced out of water, and season with salt.

Add some oyster sauce to enhance the flavor and freshness.

After stir-frying, add the leeks and fry until the leeks are dead.
