Stir-fried Seafood with Ginger and Spring Onion

1. Prepare materials

2. Cut the swimming crabs into pieces, and remove the shrimps

3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it, add ginger and shallots, sauté fragrant, add the crab pieces and stir-fry evenly until the color changes

4. Add shrimp and stir fry

5. Stir-fry until the shrimp changes color
