1. Preparation materials: Shanghai green, garlic, June fresh soy sauce, edible oil, salt, oyster sauce

2. Cut garlic into minced garlic

Tips:

Avoid cooking for too long when blanching the vegetables. If the vegetables are overcooked, a lot of vitamin C will be lost;
