Stir-fried Shredded Beef with Bamboo Shoots

Shred all ingredients

Tips:
1. Put the shredded beef into the pot and fry until it changes color, and then serve it out immediately. It will get old after a long time of frying.
2. When frying bamboo shoots, the amount of oil should be a little bit larger, this kind of food is more oily
