Stir-fried Shredded Beef with Carrots

1. The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

2. Cut the various ingredients as shown in the picture, add the appropriate amount of starch and sesame oil to the beef and mix well.

3. Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

4. Put in shredded beef and stir fry quickly to change color and break raw.

5. Remove the broken beef, and the oil in the pot will continue to heat up.

7. Add garlic sprouts and garlic slices and stir fry for 10 seconds.

11. Pour in some light soy sauce and stir fry for 10 seconds.

12. Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry for 10 seconds to get out of the pot.
