Stir-fried Shredded Chicken with Onions

Ingredients. Shred the chicken, add cooking wine, starch, marinate for 5 minutes, and shred the green pepper and onion.

Put oil in the pot and heat it up.

Add chicken breast shreds and stir-fry until the color changes.

Tips:
1. Onions and cooking wine can remove fishy and enhance flavor, so ginger and shallots are not needed.
2. When marinating, you can use ginger and spring onion water to replace cooking wine.
3. The chicken should not be fried in the pan for too long, otherwise the meat will get old.
