Stir-fried Shredded Kelp with Lean Pork

Ingredients: kelp shreds (soaked)

Wash the soaked seaweed shreds.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the lean pork shreds, add some cooking wine and stir fry until the color changes.

Then, add the seaweed shreds and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and light soy sauce.

Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
