Stir-fried Shredded Lentils

First wash the lentils to remove the sharp points on both ends

Cut diagonally into silk
3.
Prepare minced garlic and cut dried chili into sections

Hot pot pour oil

Add the lentil shreds in warm oil and fry until slightly yellow, then pick up

Save the oil and add the minced garlic and chili to explode the aroma

Pour shredded lentils and stir-fry evenly with salt

Pour in the fresh soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and bring out the pan
Tips:
1. This kind of lentils is not easy to taste, it is better to fry and cook after shredded.
2. I didn’t open a big oil pan, it’s good to add it in batches
