Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Celery and Mustard

Shred pork into a bowl, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/3 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp cornstarch, and mix well, add 1 tbsp clear water, catch until the water is absorbed, then add 1 tbsp vegetable oil Spoon, continue to grab evenly, change the cayenne pepper and celery into strips, mince the garlic;
