Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Cordyceps Flower and Peanut Bud

Prepare raw materials;

Put appropriate amount of salt, starch, cooking wine and light soy sauce in the shredded pork, mix and marinate evenly;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the marinated pork and stir fry;

Stir-fry until the shredded pork changes color and serve;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add peanut sprouts and stir fry;

Stir-fry the cordyceps flowers slightly soft and add some salt to taste;

Add the fried shredded pork and stir-fry for a few times; put it on the plate.

Tips:
1. Add appropriate amount of salt, starch, light soy sauce and other seasonings to the shredded pork to marinate, stir-fry with oil until the color turns white and serve; 2. Peanut sprouts are not easy to ripen, and it takes longer to stir-fry than ordinary bean sprouts. Point; 3. Stir-fry the peanut sprouts and Cordyceps flowers until they are eighth mature, add salt to taste, then add the fried shredded pork and stir-fry evenly.
