Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Cowpea

1. Cut cowpea into sections, cut lean meat into silk, and cut green onions into sections. Cut garlic into small pieces.

2. Add starch, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt to lean meat.

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic cloves, and add cowpeas when the garlic cloves smell. When six is mature, add shredded pork and continue to stir fry. Add scallions before serving, and stir-fry for two times to get out of the pot.
