Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Cowpea
1.
Lean pork (preferably back rump), shredded, marinated with soy sauce, sprinkles, ginger and starch for about ten minutes
2.
Wash the cowpea, remove the head and tail, cut into about 6 cm length, add salt, mix well, marinate for more than 10 minutes, wait for the cowpea to soften, rinse with water to control dryness, set aside
3.
Put minced ginger and garlic in a hot oil pan, then add a little meat sauce
4.
Then add the inner wire and stir fry until the meat changes color
5.
Then add the cowpea, add soy sauce and stir fry. (Because the cowpea has been salted and cooked easily, it does not take too long to fry)
6.
Add salt, stir fry and add a little chicken essence, start the pan
