Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Edamame

Wash the edamame, drain the water, and cut the green and red peppers into small pieces

Cut the pork into shreds, add salt, chicken essence, dark soy sauce, and starch. Stir evenly, just marinate

Tips:
1 After washing the edamame, be sure to drain the water, otherwise the oil will splash.
2 Starch for shredded meat will make the shredded meat more tender.
