Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Garlic Moss

Cut the pork loin into shreds, mix well with salt, cooking wine, and starch. Wash the garlic moss and cut into small sections. Shred the red pepper and ginger. Heat the pot and add oil, add the ginger and pork and stir-fry to serve.

Leave the oil in the pot, add the garlic moss and stir fry, add salt and pepper, and a small amount of water.

Add the red bell peppers and stir-fry them evenly.

Finally, add cooked pork and chicken essence, stir-fry and bring out of the pot.
