Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Green Pepper

Wash a small bowl of shredded pork, drain the water and set aside. Cut the ginger into three small pieces. Green pepper, sharp pepper, remove the shank, remove the seeds, and cut into shreds.

Pour corn oil in a clean non-stick pan, heat the oil on high heat, add ginger slices and sauté.

Pour the shredded pork and start to stir fry.

Stir-fry until the shredded pork is discolored and fry until cooked, then pour in the cooking wine to get rid of fishy.

Pour out into a bowl.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot. Heat up, add green pepper shreds and start to stir fry.

Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add a small bowl of water. Continue to stir and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the fried shredded pork. Stir fry together for a while.

Add salt, stir fry and season evenly.

Finally, add a little chicken essence for freshness.

Stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat in a while. Out of the pot!
Tips:
1. Slightly spicy! Don't like spicy green peppers!
