Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Leek and Yuba

Soak the yuba with warm water, wash and cut into sections; wash the leek and cut into sections; shred the red pepper, onion, ginger, and garlic; shred the pork and mix with starch and salt.

Heat the oil in the pot, and the pork is silky and loose. Set aside.

Add the remaining oil in the pot and saute the ginger and onion.

Add the yuba, stir fry, add salt and pepper and stir well.

Pour in shredded pork and stir well.

Add the leek and stir well.
7.
Add the red pepper and the remaining shredded onion and stir well.
8.
Just adjust the flavor and serve.
