Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Mushrooms

Prepare mushrooms and shredded pork, wash and set aside

Shredded pork ➕ cooking wine ➕ salt ➕ starch mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Cut mushrooms into pieces, cut one mushroom into three pieces, soak in salt water for a while, wash and set aside

Put water in a pot to boil, add salt, blanch the mushrooms for one minute, remove and drain the water

Prepare seasoning, oyster sauce ➕ cooking wine ➕ dark soy sauce, salt
