Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Mustard

After the surface of the shredded pork changes color, add the shredded mustard tuber and black fungus stir-fried in advance;

Stir fry for a while to turn off the heat and get out of the pot;
Tips:
1. Pickled mustard has a strong saltiness, soaking it in water can reduce the salt content, and it will not be salty when it is eaten
2. Oyster sauce and light soy sauce all have a salty taste, and the marinated meat does not require additional salt;
3. It is not advisable to fry the shredded pork for too long after it is in the pot.
