Shredded pleurotus eryngii tenderloin and set aside

Pour the tenderloin into the seasoning and marinate evenly
3.
Blanch the oyster mushrooms and remove them for use

Stir-fry the shredded pork
5.
Stir fragrant ginger, garlic, green and red pepper with hot oil in a pot
6.
Add shredded pork and eryngii mushrooms and stir fry
7.
Pour in salt light soy sauce chicken bouillon and stir fry out of the pot
