Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Pleurotus Eryngii
1.
Choose fresh eryngii mushrooms.
2.
Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut them into thicker strips [not too thin, they will shrink when the oil bursts].
3.
The shredded pork is sizing, and the parsley and red pepper are washed and shredded. Prepare the small ingredients: chopped green onion, sliced ginger, sliced garlic, millet pepper.
4.
Put the Pleurotus eryngii in a frying pan at high temperature and remove it. [If you don’t like the oil, you can stir it with a small amount of oil first] This can stimulate the aroma of the pleurotus eryngii.
5.
Put the shredded pork in a pot of boiling water, pour the parsley and red pepper shreds in and scald them together.
6.
Add a little oil to the pot to heat up, add the small ingredients to the sauce, add a little water, and mix in the oyster sauce, salt, and chicken essence.
7.
Pour the nao over water and stir fry.
8.
Sprinkle cooked sesame seeds before serving.
