Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Water Spinach

Prepare a thousand sheets, shiitake mushrooms, red peppers and onions.

Prepare water spinach stems; pinch off, tear apart from the middle, wash and pickle with a little salt.

Thousands of sheets are washed and shredded.

Shred pork, mix well with starch and light soy sauce; shred shiitake mushrooms and onion; cut red pepper into small sections.

Heat the oil in the pan, scatter the pork silky smoothly and set aside.

Add the remaining oil in the pot and sauté the onions.

Squeeze the water from the stems, pour them into the pot and stir fry.
8.
Pour in the shiitake mushrooms and stir well.
9.
Pour in a thousand sheets of silk and stir well.
10.
Add salt and light soy sauce and stir well.
11.
Pour in the slippery shredded pork and stir-fry well.
12.
Pour in the red pepper and stir-fry; adjust the flavor and transfer to the plate.
Tips:
1. Water spinach should be stir-fried quickly to avoid nutrient loss.
2. Water spinach is cold and slippery in nature, weak in constitution, cold in the spleen and stomach, and loose stools.
