Simple stir-fry, but also delicious!

Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Zucchini

1. Peel the zucchini, wash, cut in half and slice into thin slices. Wash the shredded pork.

2. In a clean, water-free, non-stick pan, pour corn oil, heat the oil over high heat, and add shredded ginger. Stir fry.

3. Pour shredded pork and stir fry.

4. Stir fry until the shredded pork basically changes color, pour in the cooking wine and stir fry to remove the fishy. Then turn off the heat and put it into a small bowl.

5. No need to add more oil, just pour in the zucchini slices and start to fry.

6. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the previously fried shredded pork and stir fry for a while.

7. Then add half a bowl of water and stir fry evenly.

8. Cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.

9. Then add salt to taste.

10. Add a little chicken essence at the end. Stir-fry and raise fresh! It's okay not to add it!

11. Turn off the heat and serve. Eat it while it's hot!

Tips:

1. If the zucchini is relatively old, you need to remove the seeds!
