Stir-fried Shredded Radish with Dried River Prawns

                                White radish.

                                Peel, wash and shred.

                                Choose clean dried river prawns and soak them in warm water for a while.

                                Wash and drain.

                                Shred ginger.

                                Pour oil in a dry pan, add shredded ginger and shrimp and stir fry for about one minute.

                                Add shredded radish and dried chili shell shreds.

                                Stir-fry on high heat for about 5 minutes, during which time add a small amount of hot water as appropriate, stir-fry until shredded radish is cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and stir well before serving.
