Stir-fried Shredded Radish with Dried River Prawns

White radish.

Peel, wash and shred.

Mince ginger.

Dried river prawns should be clean, washed and drained.

Heat oil in a dry pan, add ginger and river prawns and stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Add shredded radish and shredded dried chili shells and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the radishes are cooked. During the period, add a small amount of water according to the dry and wet conditions. Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, light soy sauce and stir-fry well.
