Fragrant yam is one of my favorite ingredients. The most I eat is cut into large slices and stewed. It is soft and has a great taste. This time I tried to stir-fry it with chili.

Ingredients

Stir-fried Shredded Taro with Green and Red Pepper

1. Shred all the ingredients and set aside

2. Heat up the frying pan and fry the ginger until it tastes good

3. Pour the taro shreds in

4. Stir fry until the taro shreds are slightly soft, pour in half a bowl of water and simmer

5. After the taro shreds are simmered, add green and red pepper shreds and sprinkle with salt

6. Stir fry a little, and it's done well

Tips:

During the whole cooking process, don't stir fry frequently to avoid the taro shreds from being fried. You can shake the pot a little to help the taro mature
