Stir-fried Shrimp Skins with Leek

Wash the dried shrimps with clean water two or three times.

Wash the leeks and cut into sections.
3.
Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil heats up, pour the leek rhizomes into the pot and stir fry.

Stir-fry for about a minute, add the leek leaves and stir fry.
5.
After the leek changes color, pour into the shrimp skin and fry for two minutes.
6.
Pour some light soy sauce.
7.
Stir-fry evenly.
