Stir-fried Shrimp Skins with Rape Moss

A handful of fresh rapeseed, we remove the roots. Leave only the tender rapeseed moss in front. Wash repeatedly.

Slice garlic. Slice the ginger and cut the dried chili into sections.

Put salad oil in the pot. Add ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir fry. Don't wait for the oil to be high, otherwise the dried chili will be mushy immediately.

After the fragrant flavor is obtained, add the rape moss and stir fry at a high speed.

Pour a spoonful of warm water. Add salt and MSG. Continue to stir fry.

Put the shrimp skins and stir-fry twice before starting the pan to get out of the pan.

Tips:
Rape moss is very tender, so it doesn't need to be blanched. Add some warm water when frying the vegetables, the color of the vegetables will look good. Will not turn black.
