Stir-fried Shrimp with Broccoli and Garlic

Simmer the shrimp, change the color and pick it up for later use.

Pick broccoli into small florets, rinse them, add salt in hot water, simmer to keep them green, pick up and set aside.

Heat oil, add ginger slices, garlic slices, green onions, and burst slightly.

Add the shrimp and fry.

Tips:
1. Both fresh shrimp and chilled ones are fine, or they can be replaced with scallops.
2. The broccoli will be boiled in water first, and then fry after half-cooked.
