We often make scrambled eggs with chive moss. This time I added shrimp and beef intestines when frying this dish to make the already delicious dish even more delicious. It's delicious, with meat and vegetables, adults and children love it!

Stir-fried Shrimp with Leek and Egg

1. Remove the shrimp threads from the shrimps, beat the eggs into a bowl, cut the beef intestines into chunks, wash the leek moss and cut into inch pieces;

2. Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the wok;

3. Pour the beaten egg liquid into the pot after the oil is hot;

4. When the eggs are solidified, scoop the eggs into lumps and serve them out;

5. Leave a little oil in the pot, then put the shrimp in the pot;

6. Stir fry until the shrimp changes color and serve;

7. Put the beef sausage into the pot;

8. Stir fry for a while;

9. Put the leek moss into the pot;

10. Stir fry for a while until the leek moss becomes slightly softer;

11. Add a small amount of soy sauce according to your taste;

12. Stir evenly;

13. Put the fried shrimps and eggs into the pot;

14. Stir all the ingredients well;

Tips:

1. Leek moss is an easy-to-ripe vegetable. Don't stir-fry for too long, just make it soft and non-spicy;

2. The dosage of various condiments should be adjusted according to your own taste.
