Stir-fried Shrimp with Leek and Egg

Remove the shrimp threads from the shrimps, beat the eggs into a bowl, cut the beef intestines into chunks, wash the leek moss and cut into inch pieces;

Tips:
1. Leek moss is an easy-to-ripe vegetable. Don't stir-fry for too long, just make it soft and non-spicy;
2. The dosage of various condiments should be adjusted according to your own taste.
