Stir-fried Shrimp with Onion

Remove the shrimp thread, wash and drain

Onion diced and separated

Garlic slices, minced ginger

More oil under the pot to heat up

Add the prawns and stir fry until the prawns are slightly yellow.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot to heat up, add onion, garlic, and ginger to fry for a nice flavor

Pour the fried shrimp into the pan and stir-fry on high heat, while dropping a few drops of fish sauce directly on the bottom of the pan and quickly sauté

While frying, add salt and cooking wine, then add light soy sauce, seasoning with black pepper, stir-fry well and put on a pan
Tips:
The shrimp itself is very fresh, so there is no need to add MSG.
