Stir-fried Shrimp with Parsley

1. The daughter-in-law shrimp removes impurities and washes it.

2. Cut celery into inch pieces.

3. Shred the green onion ginger garlic into slices.

4. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan and stir-fry the shrimp with green onion and ginger. Fry until the shrimp turns reddish and serve.

5. Put the garlic slices in a separate pot and saute, add the celery, stir fry and season with salt.

6. Add the fried shrimp and continue to stir fry.

7. Drizzle with a little pepper oil and serve.
