Stir-fried Shrimp with Tomato

Wash the shrimp, cut off the tip of the head and shrimp whiskers, drain the water and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

Wash the tomatoes, cut into large pieces, add a little water to the pot, fry until the juice is soft, pick out the tomato skins and discard

Pour in the prepared shrimp, add salt, a little cooking wine, light soy sauce and sugar, stir fry

Stir-fry until the shrimp is completely discolored, a little soup will be in the pot, add a little soy sauce and continue to fry
