Stir-fried Sichuan Noodles with Cabbage

A bag of hot pot Sichuan noodles.

Cut half of the cabbage into large slices, wash and set aside.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, and stir-fry garlic slices, millet pepper, and Chinese pepper.

Add the cabbage and stir fry a few times.
5.
Add Sichuan noodles to a bowl of boiling water.

Cook on medium heat for 7 minutes.

Squeeze an appropriate amount of spicy hot pot ingredients, stir fry and melt.
8.
Season with salt and chicken essence.
9.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
