Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the wing roots, because my mother loves to eat the wing, the old grandson loves to eat the wing root~ so choose two kinds~ Since there is no cooking wine at home, use red wine instead of pickling, and mix the right amount of salt, red wine, green onion, ginger and chicken wings. Marinate for more than half an hour.
2.
Set aside the green onion, ginger and garlic, wash the coriander, cut into sections, and sprinkle on it.
3.
Peel and cut potatoes.
4.
Add a little oil to the hot pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, and fry until fragrant. Pour in the marinated chicken wings and stir fry. After the color changes, add a spoonful of dark soy sauce and three spoonfuls of steamed fish with black tempeh. After adding cola, the soup is not enough to add a little water. (I used two fresh chili peppers, which I learned from Lao Sun's mother~ the taste is quite spicy).
5.
After 20 minutes, add potato cubes and continue to simmer.
6.
Add Sichuan noodles ten minutes before serving.
7.
Finally, the soup is collected over the fire, and the coriander is sprinkled. The delicious cola chicken wings stewed with potatoes and Sichuan noodles are just fine~~~
