Stir-fried Sliced Eel with Green Pepper

The rice eel slices are cleaned and cut into sections. The green peppers are removed and washed and cut into pieces.

The rice eel slices are mixed well with a little salt, cooking wine and cornstarch, and then marinated for a while.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and saute the ginger slices first.

Pour the green pepper slices and stir fry for a while.

Then add the marinated eel slices and stir fry together.

Then add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, stir fry and then add appropriate amount of sugar to taste. After stirring evenly, it can be out of the pot.
Tips:
The eel fillets must be fresh and the frying time should not be too long.
