Stir-fried Sliced Pork with Bean Sprouts

Prepare the ingredients.

Soybean sprouts need to be soaked in salt water to clean and drain the water.

Prepare shredded ginger and onion. Red peppers can be cut into sections or whole. The spiciness is stronger after cutting. Blanch the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Add oil to the pan, add shredded ginger and onion, and fry until fragrant. Add meat slices and fry. If you like a higher spiciness, you can add dried peppers at this step.

Add soybean sprouts and stir-fry until soft. Add a little salt and stir-fry at the same time.

Tips:
1. Like to be more spicy, add more dried peppers, or add some Pixian bean paste and stir fry.
2. It is suitable for stir-fry with appropriate amount of pork belly or stir-fry with lard to make it more fragrant.
